Helena Regional Medical Center offers emergency care services when you need them most. The emergency department team is ready to assist you in emergency situations.
Our team of specially trained physicians and nurses provide 24/7 care for cardiac, stroke, obstetrical/gynecological, pediatric, medical and surgical needs.
Our emergency department also offers an effective stroke therapy called TPS, or tissue plasminogen activator. This treatment can lessen damage caused by strokes when administered in the early stages.
Finally, Helena Regional Medical Center maintains a partnership with Family Service Agency in Little Rock, Arkansas to help victims of sexual assault. Our ER nurses and physicians are trained in the process of collecting evidence in these cases and can also provide preventative health care options. Here, we understand the emotional strain and stress caused by incidents of sexual assault, and we take the time to provide healing support in a compassionate environment.
